I was a bit reserved about this - I couldn't believe it may be easy to use. It is soooo simple. You need a pixscan mat to make it really easy. I have a Cameo 4. I used the sharpest looking one and just thought - right this is it. Followed instructions on the silhouette tutorial website and voila!!! Now what can I etch lol

Easy to use with a great finish

Awesome etching tool! I have never etched before and these pics are my first attempt! I am so pleased with the end result and it takes my crafting to a whole new level! The etching tool is so easy to use!

Only thing i can say is i wish it would have came with instruction rather than haven to look threw vids as there is different methods of etching etc but apart from that i love the little tool it has gave my cameo 4 alot more fun to be had , highly recommend one

I know lots of people have had great success will this tool in the Cameo 4, but in my machine it just does not work, barely touches the discs supplied, & I've wasted 6 acrylic blanks that a purchased separately, it just left ghost images rather than etching or engraving them It's a big thumbs down from me & I'll be returning mine for a refund. I was really hoping I was going to be one of those customers where this product worked, however I seem to be one of the unfortunate where it does not preform.

This was so easy to use with fantastic results. The instructions were very clear. I also followed the demo Silhouette School Blog has produced and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product.

This was the first engraving try of mine! A friend passed away and I offered to design his plaque however my partner made the urn so I decided I wasn't just going to design it but make it also, I found this product recommended online and thought was worth a try im so glad I actually did I couldn't be more chuffed with the end result for my friend ❤ takes a bit of getting used to but slow and steady seriously wins the race with this 😀

I love how well this tool works with my Silhouette machine! It engraves like a dream! I've done so many ornaments and necklaces with this! My only complaint is that the card that comes with the tool that says you can follow this link to get instructions etc, the site gives VERY LITTLE instruction. I feel as though I had to do trial and error here, and while I was successful, It's not my preferred way to learn a new tool. That being said I still highly recommend this tool for anyone wanting to engrave things with their Silhouette Machine!

Ich arbeite mit einem Silhouette Cameo 4 und ich bin begeistert! Funktioniert einwandfrei und ohne Adapter. Lieferung wie immer superschnell. Das Teil kommt in einem hübschen Schächtelchen und dabei sind 3 Spitzen, ein paar Schildchen und außerdem ein QR-Code, an dessen Ende man sehr detailreiche Beschreibungen findet, wie man es verwendet. Den Preis finde ich persönlich schon etwas hoch, aber da es super klappt, lässt mich die Freude über die gelungenen Stücke, den vergessen. Auf einem Foto sieht man 2 Hundemarken, die doppelt so dick sind, wie die mitgelieferten. Auch da hat es einwandfrei geklappt. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung von mir, wenn der hohe Preis in Kauf genommen wird!
