Poor service and poor performance
I carefully researched this item and following extensive reviews chose to purchase it. 1. Be careful any new purchaser which reseller you actually purchase an item from. I am here in the IAE and my item I was told would be shipped from Italy. Instead it came from some company out of Cyprus and the after sales service following the machine milk pressure not working was shocking. Subsequently given the cost and customer experience I have requested a refund due to poor performance.

the second time we are buying this machine and when we open it does not work. when it works its work, it works very well as we have one for home.
