OK: they don't look just like the flames in the picture. They look more like flame behind frosted glass. This is a very nice effect in my porch light and really enhances my Halloween decor. Both bulbs do work. I'm saving one in case the other burns out as quickly as some people have said. The flame effect is there every time I turn on the switch. I guess to change modes you have to switch light on and off quickly. Directions are on the side of the box in English. So far I am very pleased!

These things are really cool. I put them in some vintage wall hanging, glass globe, light fixtures, and the video does not do them justice. It looks like a gas lamp flickering. They are not real bright, but for this application, they are the perfect brightness to emulate a small fire of the equivalent size. The color, movement, and tone, everything is perfect aesthetically. Will be buying more for sure.

With and without the fireplace on, it is the perfect lighting for gaming, a cozy night with modern medieval look or for a Halloween set up. Used with a smart plug connected to Amazon Alexa, Frosted shades is a MUST. Definitely recommended. Order came quickly and as expected. Wish I could turn them on to the white light (haven't figured that out) but the soft steady orange/yellow light works for reading a book as well. Great buy. UPDATE: So turning the light switch off and on changes the modes of the BiTrue flickering lights. 3 modes in all. Here are pictures to compare the brightness with my Govee Light Strips. These Bitrue LED flame effect bulbs are really fun and add a unique vibe to a room. The flickering flame effect looks surprisingly realistic — perfect for Halloween, parties, or just a cozy evening at home. I also like that the gravity sensor works well; the effect continues even if the bulb isn’t perfectly vertical. My only gripe is that they aren’t as bright as I expected. They’re great for ambiance, but if you’re looking for a bulb that doubles as functional lighting, you’ll probably need something else. Still, for decorative purposes, they work really well. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase — fun, easy to install, and the flame effect is convincing. Just manage your expectations on brightness.

I purchased these after I couldn't find them for last year's halloween display. I then found my original ones. They still work and still look great I just have backups now. They dont put out any useful light they just straight up look like a flame. HIGHLY recommend for setting a scene or holidays in general. I would recommend having a security backup light as they really dont make any sort of light The video is from my halloween display they look much better and the flame is more defined in person. Its just a dark video

Really great looking flame on the bulbs! The bulb case is a translucent white so not completely clear or see through, but our outdoor lights are also frosted and this bulb still created a really believable flame effect. Fits any standard bulb socket. Affordable for a four pack

These flame lightbulbs were exactly what I wanted for my porch lights. As soon as I installed them, the whole entryway had a warm, flickering glow that looked just like real flames. These lights look very realistic, compared to other brands that I have purchased. I am using them upside down, under a semi-transparent lampshade. The lights slowly dance and grow upwards, like real flames. I've only had this a few weeks so can't comment on it's longevity.

Priced a little high but they work good
