It fixed my problem:)

Changed my controller (Xbox) and now needed a 3.5 mm jack. This worked perfectly. No issues with sound and feel like a quality cord.

The quality of the cable seems to be good. However the mute option is a button not a switch, so you have to hold the button to be muted. Not ideal for if you want to mute the mike and still game with both hands.

Bought this to replace the replacement cable that I bought from astro after the original started to wear out. The new one astro sells sucks as it wore out in a few months. I was wasn't sure if this would work but after plugging it in to the mix amp it works just like the original push to mute mix amp turns red when muted,

Occasion the audio will cut out but for the most part are really good my dad was using my original cord and he put the controller down and stepped on it so I bought this for my Astro a10 headset and it’s really good

Garbage sound quality.

You have to hold the button down to keep it on mute., as soon as you let go of the button it unmutes.

Cable didnt last a month. absolute waste of money.

Loud static sound when plugged in. Got a replacement, also loud static sound continuous.Happy to refund, but would not buy.

Bought this as my official one stopped working, was sound for a month now the mic cuts out constantly, already replaced and the new cable is fine, also mute button doesn't work but every review says that, don't bother

These are a good alternate to the Astro A40 aux cable but, after about 3 months of constant use i started to hear a crackling noise in my headset and then a complete loss of sound in one ear cup. Thinking it was my headphones getting knackered i ordered a different branded cable and realised it wasnt my headset but this cable!
