Excellent for V dryness. Saw immediate effect after taking 1 softgel capsule. Provides lots of lubrication down there. It also helps if you stay hydrated while taking the supplement.

On my 3rd bottle. I don't know the science behind it but it works WONDERS for my pms. It balances me so well my cycle just STARTS, no heightened emotions, no cramps, no cravings (I'm not saying it's magic and it may not work the sane for everyone) this is my personal experience, I take it daily.

I have a hyperkinetic gallbladder and ONE of these set off a severe gallbladder attack. Thankfully I didn’t take all 3 as suggested on the bottle. For me ANY oils can be a trigger, but it didn’t occur to me that primrose would set off an attack like a bunch of canola oil would. So I won’t get to use this supplement and can’t say whether or not it works etc. but anyone with finicky gallbladders should beware!

38 weeks and have been doing this vaginally every night. the smell is gagging to me. (pregnancy hormones lol). I poke a small hole in the capsule and insert as close to cervix as possible. It does leak out most of the time, but it’s not a big deal. The ingredients are super simple + natural, which I love in pregnancy! I was 50% effaced + 2cm dilated, used this for 4 days, and was 75% effaced + 3cm dilated! I did not take any orally, but they are gel caps, and based off the feeling of them, they should be easy to swallow. They are a larger size pill, so if you are planning to take it orally, be prepared for that. Quality is great. I feel like I sleep better after insertion, so that’s always a big plus!

I got this for the end of my pregnancy but honestly don't remember if it helped. After 11 months, I started using again as I heard it was great for pms. I started my cycle again 2 months ago and decided to try it. Pro: I definitely see a vast improvement in my cycle! I normally deal with intense cramps and bleeding but I haven't felt a cramp which is amazing. My cycle also feels a bit lighter as well. Con: I'm overcoming a small headache. I ate but maybe not enough. I would just say make sure you eat a hardy meal before taking
