Useless/low quality
Showing in pictures its looking good but when we receive its use less 2 times i order but the quality is very poor it can be used only once. Will never order again

Not working as expected
Can I return it? It is soooo bad it does not work at all. I watched and copied how they do it from youtube tutorials and I just cannot make it work. I ended up manually wrapping the food myself as usual. I was so excited and waited for it to be delivered to me and now that I am looking at it, I just feel annoyed.

Horrible quality .. totally useless
This product did not work at all! it was only able to roll one piece of grape leaves among all other pieces and sizes. I spend around 15 minutes trying and it did not work at all! Totally useless and its just a waste of money and time.
