It's not that expensive with prices in supermarket
I like this for thickening gravies and soups, also I bread my seafood with herbs before l deep fry. Nice and light

Nice switch from corn starch
Great alternative to use instead of corn starch.

I originally gave them a one star because it sucks when a products packaging fails. However, they sent me a replacement, and it had no issues. So perhaps it was just mishandled by the driver on the first delivery. Product works great for frying.

Could use improved packaging
The product itself seems fine. I feel that the packaging needs to be improved. The lid popped off one of the containers and made a mess. Not impressed with packaging and probably will not reorder unless improvements are made.

just what I wanted
I was looking for a culinary thickener that works without making a slurry and can be mixed into a hot or cold liquid to make sauces, gravy, etc. I'd purchased a product that I loved years ago, but I was getting to the bottom of the container. When I searched for the company I'd purchased it from, it had been sold. I searched for a replacement and ultimately settled on trying Roots Gluten-free Potato Starch. It works like its predecessor, i.e. perfect. It's tasteless, easy to use, mixes directly into the hot, pan drippings when making gravy. I'm pleased with this purchase. The two bottles will last a long time because of its thickening efficiency, so I think it's a good value too.

Worth every penny!
I have HS and have been fored to give up all grains. So I reached potato starch and came across this one. It is so good and it makes your chicken crispy without adding an egg to the batter. I will buy this again!

Good for flour blend
Very fine potato starch. I use it in a gluten free flour blend.
