It has a mild, slightly nutty taste and isn’t overpowering. Once mixed in, I barely notice it. I usually take about a tablespoon a day. I appreciate the simple ingredient profile and the fact that the 1-pound container lasts a long time, which makes it good value. One small thing I wish it included is a scoop. There isn’t one inside, so you’ll need to measure it yourself. Not a big deal, but it would have been convenient. Overall, it’s a straightforward, easy-to-use supplement and a good option if you’re looking for a non-soy lecithin powder to add to your daily routine.

カプセルに充填しようとパウダーの物を購入しましたが、かなり厳しいことが分かりました。 空気に触れるとすぐに湿気を吸収して粘度が増すので、サラサラパウダーからベタベタした感じになります。 なのでベタベタしてカプセルに入れるのがすごい難しくなります。 ただ、普通に食してもきな粉のような味で美味しかったのでヨーグルトとかと混ぜて食べようかなと思います

Virtually disappears in oatmeal with the recommended 1-1 1/3 Tablespoon serving size. No odd taste is noticeable unlike other supplements. A little more clumpy of a powder than first thought, but no issue measuring the amount and using as needed.
