I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre Workout Powder for a few months now, and it has quickly become an essential part of my routine. This pre-workout does exactly what I need it to do—gives me clean, lasting energy and focus without the jitters or crash. First of all, the flavor options are amazing. I went with the “Green Apple” flavor, and it’s surprisingly smooth and refreshing—not overly sweet like some other pre-workouts I’ve tried. It mixes easily with water, no clumps or chalky texture, which is a big plus. What really sets this pre-workout apart is the quality of the boost it provides. Within about 15 minutes, I start feeling the energy kick in, and it’s steady and consistent. I feel more focused and motivated, but it’s a smooth lift, not an overwhelming rush. I love that it’s not too heavy on caffeine either, so I don’t feel wired for hours after my workout is done. This pre-workout has also noticeably helped with my endurance and performance. I can push through more intense sessions and feel like I’m getting stronger each week. I also appreciate that it includes ingredients like beta-alanine and citrulline malate, which help me with endurance and recovery.

I made a similar review of the apple flavour version of this and the blueberry flavour and use of the preworkout is great. The flavour isnt too sweet and the preworkout will certainly give you the boost you need in the gym to push harder and work up more of a sweat. A small scoop is all you'll need for a workout session and yet it certainly makes a difference if you want to get your results a little faster.

Sometimes hard to feel it or it kicks in too late, The blue flavour is nice and I make shots of it to drink. It can sometimes smell/taste fishy which is why I prefer to use a tiny amount of water. The only real downside is that it can get moist towards the end of the tub and become a clump of powder. I usually get the larger tub but got these for the price difference so will be interesting to see how the different formula compares to what I'm used to

Incredible taste! Was expecting a slight chemical flavour which I've experienced with other brands but NOPE. Not sure if it increased my energy level or if it was psychological but I had a great workout after taking it.

Product came well packaged. The tub was full to the brim! Powder had no issues, nice and soft. Two rectangle sized sachets were in there to keep moisture out, so I’ve Jeff them in there. Love the flavour. Not too sweet. After around 40min it gave me a huge energy surge and it definitely made me feel much more focussed on my workout. Absolutely love this. I will add that my husband tried it once, but he didn’t feel the difference. So I’m thinking it must depend on the person. Not sure if it’s a weight/age thing. But I know I felt the benefits.

Product tastes good, the effects are not for me. Felt like my skeleton was bouncing internally in between sets. I think you need to have a good tolerance for this type of product. I will stick to natural ginger shots and sports drinks as this gives me too much of the jitters!

The only pre workout I’ve used that actually makes me feel more energised and like I could go for longer. I take it on my way to the gym and by the time I get there I feel like I could do 8 backflips in a row and then swim the English Channel. It does actually work and it tastes good too.

Oh boy, where do I even start with ON Pre-workout? First of all, this stuff should come with a warning label: "Not for the faint of heart or those who value a normal heart rate." I mixed up a scoop and downed it 20 minutes before my workout, like the instructions said. And let me tell you, within 10 minutes, I was pretty sure I could hear colors. The neighbor's dog looked at me funny, so I barked back. Sorry, Sparky. By the time I got to the gym, I was bouncing off the walls—literally. The receptionist asked if I was okay, and I just gave her a thumbs up while shadowboxing an imaginary Mike Tyson. I was ready to lift ALL the weights. The music was pumping, but it didn't matter because I was already having a full-blown dance party in my head. Then I hit the treadmill. Big mistake. My legs were moving so fast I half expected to take off like a cartoon character, leaving a cloud of dust behind. People started to gather around, probably wondering if I was training for a marathon or just trying to outrun my responsibilities. Spoiler alert: it was both. Halfway through my workout, I decided it was time for squats. Big, big mistake. I felt like the Hulk, but I looked like a flailing octopus. When I tried to lift what I thought was a reasonable weight, I ended up making noises that can only be described as a cross between a dying walrus and a broken lawnmower. But I powered through, mostly because I didn't want anyone to call an ambulance. Post-workout, I felt like I could conquer the world or, at the very least, rearrange my entire living room. Twice. I got home, rearranged my furniture, vacuumed the ceiling, and alphabetized my spice rack. All in under an hour. So, in conclusion, if you’re looking for a pre-workout that will make you feel like a superhero who just chugged a gallon of espresso, ON pre workout is your guy. Just be prepared to explain your newfound superpowers to concerned gym staff and potentially bewildered neighbors. Would recommend 10/10, but seriously, proceed with caution.

I prodotti Optimal Nutrition sono già una sicurezza per chi lì compra, offrono sempre un ottima qualità. Sicuramente sì distingue da altri preworkout che ho provato in passato il gusto non risulta chimico come in altri prodotti che non sono di questa marca. Anche i dosaggi di caffeina sono ottimi per chi ha bisogno di quell' boost di energia prima della palestra
