does this come with a foam cover for the mic?

Though the picture does not show it, mine has a foam cover which is not removable. There are also four options listed now for purchasing this. The option to the far right is the one with the foam cover.

Will this microphone be compatible with win 10?

This microphone is compatible with window, Mac and ps4, so it is fully compatible with Windows 10.

My dad is unable to speak very loudly, so when he and mom have zoom meetups with their friends, they can't hear him. Should this help?

I would think so... it does have a volume button on it (at least the model I bought did)... I have mine sitting on my desk at approx arms length away, I talk at regular volume, and people hear me just fine. I would imagine if he needs to, he could move it closer to him. Also, remember, you will want to disable any other microphones on your computer. (I learned that from another reviewer)... I had a webcam that I thought was only a camera.. it turns out it had a microphone in it as well which was interfering with any other microphone I would attach. People could barely hear me. Hope this helps :)

Does this work in DragonSpeak?

I don’t know about “DRAGONSPEAK”, but mine has been set up as default mic and it totally checks out on my system, but i have not been able to get it to function in Roblox or in “DISCORD”, which is supposed to allow players to communicate while playing !!!! Short answer.....it don’t work !!!!
