I purchased 4 of these over a year ago for my colleagues and myself, and the quality was superb. Still using them till today. Made another order a week ago, and was hugely disappointed. It is not mesh cover, just plain cloth, and the cushion is soft, which means it does not provide lower back support like it is supposed to. Disappointing.

This cushion is so amazing, I've been using it in the car for a while now. It provides the apt support for your back. My back ache has reduced drastically.

Absolutely pathetic Quality looks like I am lying down on a bed pillow. The back keeps paining and this pillow is useless. Super soft phone cannot hold your back and it’s worthless.
