Amazing product
This cushion is so amazing, I've been using it in the car for a while now. It provides the apt support for your back. My back ache has reduced drastically.

I purchased 4 of these over a year ago for my colleagues and myself, and the quality was superb. Still using them till today. Made another order a week ago, and was hugely disappointed. It is not mesh cover, just plain cloth, and the cushion is soft, which means it does not provide lower back support like it is supposed to. Disappointing.

Absolutely pathetic quality
Absolutely pathetic Quality looks like I am lying down on a bed pillow. The back keeps paining and this pillow is useless. Super soft phone cannot hold your back and it’s worthless.

Good Quality, But Caused Back Pain
The product quality is good, but unfortunately, it wasn't suitable for my back. After a period of use, it caused me back pain, and I discovered it was the reason. When I stopped using it, things returned to normal. I advise anyone with a history of back problems to consult a doctor before using this product to avoid exacerbating the issue.
