I bought home treadmill from them last December and I must say it was a good decision. Quality of the machine is good, after sales service is great. Back in December I just sent a message to their customer service thru whatsapp about the remote control not working properly, they sent the replacement immediately the next day. Just last month I noticed problem with the speed dial, but due to busy schedule never managed to call their customer service. Yesterday, they were doing some random checks on their customers and I mentioned about the speed dial problem, immediately one of their technicians visited my house and fix the problem. One happy customer here :)

Worst product, faulty 2 times bought and returned ,not recommended

Found the best Treadmill for my family.Most important is it's walking track width of 45cm.Other treadmills have smaller width, hence they are not so comfortable.Hence this treadmill is highly recommended.

I like the product. it is sufficient and fulfill the requirements for in house training. it is small and proper for flats use. does not require a huge space

I replaced the product because there is electric coming out from the hand rail in one side . Now both side of the hand rail I am getting the electric shock! It’s risky and don’t know how to contact the company to solve this issue . I give to start because it’s better than other foldable treadmill .
