Amazon needs to fix the fact that this filter does in fact, fit a 2018 harley davidson fat bob fxfb... cuz i use it all the time.

You can go the K&N webpage (link below) for this particular filter. There is a fitment guide there. According to that website this will fit a 2010 Fat Bob and several others.

The 63798-99A would cross-reference to the K&N KN-171B Oil Filter.

Not sure. A 2002 Lexus 300 SUV is the same filter as this I do know.

Will this work on a2016 wide glide 103 engine

This fit the 103 Harley Twin I have. Ultimately, put your make and model into your garage in Amazon and it will let you know if it applies. I suspect it will fit all 103 engines.
