Crate has ripped after not long using it. zips get caught.

Received it with a broken frame so it’s useless. I cannot return because I got rid of the box. Waste of money

El producto llegó completo, el material es resistente más de lo que esperaba los cierres de buena calidad, recomiendo comprar una base para que esté acolchonado y no sea la lona directa. Me sirvió muchisimo, aunque tuve que ponerla dónde daba el aire acondicionado casi directo para que se mantuviera fresca o se ponía como horno dentro de la casita, eso sí estaba en un lugar muy cálido. Ya tuve oportunidad de probarla en mi casa y si bien ya se puede quedar dormida x la noche, nuevamente se puso inquieta x el calor y estoy en zona templada (ni fría ni muy caliente)

Very good size for our dog, she can stand up in it, stretch and turn around. We put in her bed inside and added an extra blanket so she feels as comfortable as possible. She liked it right away, it’s now her safe spot during the night as well as when fireworks go off outside. She especially likes it when we zip up the top, she feels safest then. Great purchase, 100% as described.
