This is not a pigment, it’s just the shimmer, it won’t add much color to your paint but it sure as heck will add iridescence and shine to your existing paint. A bit messy if you aren’t careful. I may or may not have shimmery carpet, however, it is easy to mix with oil, acrylic, or even watercolor paints.

Got this because I like to make betta fish figurines and the metallics mimic natural colors very well, especially the duo brass violet for a betta copper color! I found it best to paint the underlayer first, and when it's just newly dried pass over it with a dry brush and the powder for a metallic sheen. Great product, thank you,

Be aware that, as with potato chips, the product (powder) settles in the jar, so they are not full. However, a little goes a long way! I will be ordering additional colours.
