The laptop is perfect! no scratches or dents, all the keys work and the touch bar is amazing. I will say the battery life is a bit short but that’s expected for an older laptop. I was a little scared at first because of some of the reviews but it’s super fast and over all definitely worth the money in my opinion.

I purchased this item less than a year ago and this is the second laptop in two yrs. Laptop will not turn on and will not charge. Brought in April 2023

I'd definitely recommend buying this product for the price I paid (around $815 after taxes). Mine came with two "problems". 1. The charger was not the original - which is fine, because they say that accessories might not be original. However, it also says that the charger will be "compatible and fully functional". Mine lasted less than a month. I had to spend extra $80 buying an original charger from Apple. I could, yes, have bought another generic charger, but the cost-benefit on the original seemed a better deal. 2. The "y" key came a little weird. It works (as you guys can see), but it feels weird - like I have to press it a bit harder to go through. Nothing major, though. As I said, it is not perfect, but I saved at least $400 if I were to buy the same one (MacBook Pro, 16gb RAM) being a brand-new. I bought it almost three months ago, and, so far, it appears to have been a great choice.

I ordered “excellent” condition and got everything except that. Dents on corners of the iMac. Chips all along the edge of the screen , and when I opened it. It was like stuck close because something sticky was over the screen, and there’s 2 pressure marks on the screen , the touch pad is hard to press. And over all the whole thing was just dirty the screen didn’t even look like it was wiped down. I feel like I was given a “poor” quality one.

Computer itself works wonderful, I did though pay for one with the retina touch screen, and i ended up not getting that one. it does overheat very easily, and can be a little slow if multiple tabs are open, I also paid for expedited shipping, and it was late. The condition was good, it was an easy set up, and the computer overall is good for being used. it did need 3 updates which ended up taking 2.5 hours, and during that time got insanely hot.

This is pretty sketchy honestly. The computer wouldn't even turn on after four months of use. When you buy a computer that costs this much, you expect it to last at least a year or two. To only offer a three month guarantee on a computer that they clearly didn't do that thorough of a job refurbishing is pretty unethical. They should at least offer a repair service for the first year or something like that.
