Item works fantastic in my hot tub. After about 3 1/2 years, it’s time to replace it. But it’s done its job up till then.

I've been using the Frog @Ease floating system for hot tubs for years and it is quick and easy to use as a sanitizer. The mineral unit lasts about 4 months and the frog part gets changed about every 4 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on how much we use the tub. It can last longer just depending on how often the tub gets maintained and how often the tub is used. I always order a new unit when the tub gets emptied, cleaned and refilled, so that I'll have it on hand the next time we drain and clean our tub. Works great, fast service, and comes with great instructions, a bottle of water testing strips and a jump start packet.

I don't know the capacity of the tub but it's for 4 people. The only person to yse the tub was me, dust last 2 weeks.

I’ve done it all. Tried it every way. We use our spa A LOT which means normal dichlor adds insane amounts of cya inside a month. This fixed it. Balance your water, throw in the frog. Add some enzyme and shock once a week and enjoy effortless sparkling water. We can go 6 months in winter and when we clean there is ZERO biofilm or build up. Everything is just pure. Great product.

We have a 15 foot swim spa, I was looking for something easier for chemicals.. We constantly have people going in and out all all year.. With kids being around I didn’t want them around the chemicals & we were constantly forgetting to add chemicals so I looked into that this product.. I have been using it for about six months now and so far I really love it. The cartridge lasts about three weeks and is about half the price if I was to get it by chemicals and put them in separately.. Its super easy to use. You can adjust how much chemicals you want to be put into my swim spa at one time so I can change it from heavy used to mild use and I know it’s empty when it flips over.

I ordered this and it came with minerals falling out of the package. I opened it up, and notice everything is covered in minerals or chemicals. Everything including the inside branded box is covered in a white dust. As hot tub chemicals are generally corrosive or can cause burns I didn't open the inside branded box to find what is going on, I just tried to get a refund. Amazon won't return it, so they put me in touch with the company, and hte company is making me go back to Amazon. Amazon is making me go to the company and here we go round and round full circle. It was frustrating but they finally gave me a refund. I disposed of the package at the land fill chemical dump.
