I first started using MCT oil when I was doing keto, and recently I got back to it—not for keto this time, but for the overall health benefits of C8 MCT. I've been using brain octane for quite some time. My father is 82 and I started placing it in his coffee as well. He actually notices the difference when it's not in there he feels that it is helpful in keeping up with his Spanish lessons. I've noticed differences in myself as well but I've been taking it longer. I actually travel with it. It's great for keto is great to use with a handheld mechanical whisk.
