The USB-A connector is dented and I cannot plug to my laptop which makes it useless.
Disappointed. The product came in just a plastic container. Didn't even come in a box! And I was further disappointed when I noticed that the USB-A connector has a dent on the side. I tried plugging it on my laptop but due to the dent, it will not even connect at all so it's useless. Soooo disappointed after waiting for 11 days of shipment, and when it arrived, I cannot even use it. Returned it immediately.

Me compré estos auriculares para usarlos en el trabajo y por ahora el resultado es perfecto. Se escucha perfectamente y en las diferentes calls para los que lo he usado no ha habido problemas con mi micrófono. La posibilidad de poder mutear, o subir o bajar el volumen desde el mando que lleva integrado en el cable son bastante útiles, ya que no es necesario hacerlo desde el PC o tocando el propio auricular, lo cual es incómodo cuando los estás usando. Adicionalmente se puede ver si el micrófono está en mute gracias a una luz que aparece en el mando. Por mi parte ha sido una buena compra

These aren’t wireless but they work great! Easy plug and play. I have a little dog who has a very shrill bark another who lays under my feet when I’m working at my desk and she’s a loud snoring pug. The thing is,no customers can hear anything- even if they’re right under me. No apologies for background noise, and my 4- legged kids don’t get exiled from my office. 😁

I should have kept the packaging and returned it in January when I purchased it. The headphone speaker works on my android phone but it doesn't recognise the microphone. My daughters new android phone recognises the microphone but not the speaker. My PC (a current gaming set up) simply ignores it, I guess the headset was probably faulty on arrival but either way avoid this product.
