Not very best
Not the best as bepanthol moisturizer. I love bep moisturizer for my dry lips but this lip cream is not doing the work as like moisturizer. So i use that moisturizer on my lips

Best to use at bedtime. As it has that creamy consistency and color but otherwise a very effective balm for those who have extreme lip chaffing.
