This hamster cage is larger than I expected. Very good price. High quality material and design. It was easy to assemble, I didn't even need to open the manual. Really worth buying.

I bought this cage for my dwarf Djungarian hamster, and overall the size is perfect for him. He doesn’t fall from the upper levels, which was something I worried about — so that’s great. However, there are a few downsides. The exercise wheel is very slippery, and he kept flying out of it. I had to cover the inside with medical tape to make it safer. Also, assembling the cage wasn’t very easy — one of the ladder connectors even broke during setup, but I didn’t bother returning it. The doors are also not the most convenient to use. Despite these issues, we’re still happy with the purchase overall.

The item arrived with a missing part. The part that hold the water feeder was missing and we had to tape it to the cage.

This cage deserves a 5 star rating.... very good quality and the size is very big.

So far this looks ok, but the blue plastic mezzanines are somewhat thin plastic.. one came broken, and when trying to assemble the cage the lower mezzanine's attachment to the ramp readily broke. I really don't know how long this will last, and would appreciate knowing how to get replacement parts for those that are broken. Also, the water bottle on top is flimsy plastic. I have a better bottle, made of glass, that can be connected to any cage, but then I am stuck with an actual hole on top! I had hoped this would be optional and there would be a cover for that hole in case we don't use the bottle that comes with this set. Update: I contacted the company and they readily sent me replacement parts for all the mezzanines, as well as some toys for my hamster at no charge. Thank you! Unfortunately, they don't make a cover for the top hole so we are still stuck with an empty bottle there (the bottle comes down too low for our hamster to be able to drink from it anyway, so I use another bottle for drinking). Other than that, our hamster loves the cage and makes his home in the nest upstairs. I also like that you can install a larger wheel (we have one of the large silent ones) on the side wall, and that it is easy to replace the bedding (I disassemble the bottom of the cage in seconds, and put the top on the floor so the hamster is still inside and cannot escape; throw old bedding out and put new in; you are done!) and to clean the "nest" (it comes off easily). A great cage! Now with all the toys the company sent my hamster, I need an even bigger cage ;-)

Lo mejor, mucho espacio y tiene una rueda que no hace nada de ruido porque lleva un cojinete metálico con ruedas de bolas en el eje de giro y va fenomenal. Además la rueda queda muy estable y no se inclina hacia dentro y el hamster puede correr sin resbalarse ni caerse de la rueda como pasa con otras. La doble puerta lateral y superior va muy bien. Cuesta un poco montarla, pero una vez montada te olvidas. Nosotros le hemos instalado además un tubo interior para ir de la parte superior al estante más bajo y nuestro hamster esta encantado. la limpeza sin problema y para trasladar la jaula no hay riesgo de que se te desmonte. Muy contentos con la compra.

Il mio cucciolo l’ha adorata fino alla fine ❤️💔 ottima per lo sviluppo in altezza se non si ha lo spazio per una bella gabbia grande senza sbarre.
