The chess pieces are very small - the size stated (which is larger than it was) would have been for tallest chess piece too not the pawns. Nice cheap little set but only good for small hands

So small it makes moving pieces difficult, feels thin and flimsy. If you want something cheap as a one off for travel or something it would be ok.
