Great condition
This came in great condition nothing was broken and the box didn't have any dents or scratches either.

Hollow mess
Exter box was fine in shipping and product box also fine, pin was busted on one of the chest pieces. Transformed into truck and bot this thing is a hollow mess all throughout. As a bot, the legs, chest and back are hollow and as a truck, the cab, trailer and payload are hollow. Infact in truck mode if I turn it upside down you can look through the bottom one straight out the back of the cab. It's gnarly. Feels excessively cheep for the leader class price. Looks imposing though, I'll give it that.

How did this even get shipped?
The product is the original Hasbro product and I am sure its wonderful. Unfortunately, it came in a bag (presumably to hold what was left of it together?) containing the destroyed outer box, no inner packaging or accessories it originally had, and the item itself was half transformed. As a collector I often struggle with whether to open the box or leave it mint in box. Either way, I care for my products. I did a quick search online but there doesn't seem to be a big market for someone else's discarded trash repackaged in what's left of its box. At least not at the $70 price point. Does the refund include the time and gas it takes for me to deliver this to a UPS store or is Jeff really strapped for cash now that the price of rocket fuel is going up? Maybe you should spend some time on earth doing quality control. Putting Captain Kirk in space was cool, though. But that's not the point! But seriously, back to the topic. How did this leave the fulfillment center? Or anywhere for that matter?

The figure overall is amazing. Good quality paint, very big in size, vehicle mode is amazing and the additional shotgun is very detailed.

Glad I got it first one I've ever owned and it's so sick guy left it at the wrong house and I had to run out and grab it because it is a hundred dollar package but otherwise the product itself is awesome
