Very good butane torch lights up first time every time

We've followed all directions and this things still won't work. It's hard to light and when it does light it goes out within 5 seconds. And the help line is of no help, can't contact manufacturer and Amazon won't help either. Sorry I bought this piece of crap. Save your money and go to the smoke shop to get a lighter.

I ordered 2 of these then I saw saw these horrible reviews so I complained and asked to return . Well they refunded me for 1 and so kept the other one. My BFF came over today and she smoked so we pulled one out filled it up and wow this thing works great! So I got the other one filled it up and when somebody comes over they smoke they’re going to get it for free but they’re awesome I don’t know what these people were complaining about both both of mine were perfect!

Really like this lighter so much that I bought a second one when the first one finally gave up. The second one did not work right (tank leaked) and I could not get them to replace it. Just poor customer service. Thus only four stars

Purchased just short of 3 years ago, just quit working yesterday. Up until then, it was great, easy to light, easy to fill, easy to adjust, and a nice size. But now, nothing. Just wish it would have lasted longer.

Great product. Love it for cigars on the golf course.

Wonderful little touch

Lighter would not produce a flame despite having the correct amount of butane added, in the directed manner, and despite the lighter producing a spark each time it was actuated. This was after waiting first minutes then a few hours after filling to allow the butane to warm and expand, etc. WARNING - Since the lighter wouldn't discharge the butane/gas and there is no simple and safe way to do that from the fill valve, you cannot return it for a refund. Amazon WILL process a return and give you the label through the automated return process, but you'd better not do it - it's a FEDERAL CRIME to put a filled lighter in the US mail. That's why you can't buy a prefilled lighter. I don't understand why Amazon doesn't have this on their radar. I was able to contact customer support and get a refund without having to mail the lighter back, although they said this would "be a one time thing, only." I get why, but I won't be buying any more lighters or torches through Amazon in the future.

Item Faulty - fails to ignite although fill with gas. Not recommended
