As a beginner in yoga practice it is very normal if you sweat a lot, so this mat is far from being suitable for a beginner because it is extremely slippery, it has no grip neither to your hands or to the floor.

I always think yoga mats are too expensive, but you do get what you pay for. If you want a great mat to use and travel with, this is the one! Comfortable even on tile floors. Very lightweight to roll up and put on your backpack for travel. I am so glad I purchased this mat. The perfect mat to begin the day with!

This is natural ingredients made professional sport may with super grip for hands and feet. Has no smell. Use this one already 3 years and it has perfect shape, color and it looks like new, in my daily workout routine. Easy to store , lightweight and thickness is just perfect for combination of different sport workouts

The mat came inside an opened bag and it was all dirty - as it was stored in an open place. I’m concerned about how long this will last. Expensive product to received it as it was.

I have been using it for 2 years now for workouts (cardio, HIIT, yoga, strength exercises) and even for meditation, and I just love it. Perfect thickness, length, feeling. I wanted it as I have another one at another location and I am a fan of this specific mat.
