Great price on Amazon - think it is mainly for a rub or marinade - I used some in my chilli con carni - was ok but not really a chilli spice mix - could be good as a rub or marinade

Very tasty and versatile.
An excllent Chipotle spice mix. I found this to be on the higher side of medium in heat levels, but then that will depend on your taste! Used in several meals and really enjoyed it. On the plus side for entertainment, when you are cooking with it, you get everyone around you struggling to breath without coughing! FEEL THE SPICE!

... und ich gehöre dazu 😉 - wobei ich diese Mischung als sehr angenehm & ausgewogen empfinde. Wer es ein bisschen schärfer & rauchig mag, ist hier gut beraten. Leider ist die Chipotle Variante von Cape Herb nicht immer zu bekommen & auch der Preis kann stark varieren. Trotzdem lohnt es sich die Augen danach offen zu halten ... Wer die Latte noch ein wenig höher legen möchte, der kann sich mal die Ghost Chilli Mischung geben - auch seeehr lecker. Je nach Dosierung hat man eine Schärfe, die geschmacklich unterstützt & nicht nur ein Gaumenbrennen hinterläßt

Ich mag die Gewürzkomposition sehr gerne, weil sie ausgewogen ist, eine sehr aromatische Note ins Essen bringt, ohne dabei zu scharf zu sein. Ideal fürs Grillen, für Schmorgerichte und wohldosiert auch für gedünstetes Gemüse und Fisch. Für mich wirklich optimal, habe ich schon öfter nachbestellt.

No busques más. El sazonado perfecto para todo. Desde macerar una buena carne o pescado, para hacer salsas o simplemente añadirle un toque a tus platos.
