I love Eufy Security products
This is my 5th buy of Eufy security products. I found them easy to set-up, reliable, long battery life nice products and the app also is really good.

Only problem.. It won’t work without home base device

battery doesnt last too long if notifications on
we had kept the notifications on.. you get notified for every movement detected which drains the battery. otherwise clear videos. we have not used the recording yet but used live cam to check on nanny. the motion detection videos last 10 to 12 secs so video recording not necessary for us.

Flawed & Not Secure - Security Liability
Bought the entire Eufy range (cameras+sensors+homebase) thinking that they are secure and reliable products. My satisfaction at most is 30%. After only three months of usage, the cameras and sensors are acting up with so many glitches. Reached out to their local distributor for help. They change the cameras but could not fix the software issues with detection. Not to mention they are poor customer service attention and difficulty to reach them. Further discovered that the first five seconds of any footage is not clear, it takes more than 30 seconds to be notified of an intrusion as the software is very slow, and an intruder could delete your local storage remotely! Highly do not recommend this if serious security is at stake. You may search the Internet for faults with the camera and you will find many videos that explain all the fault about them.

Easy to setup
It was very easy to setup device with several clicks. I'm disappointed with the wall mounts flexibility. IT should be more flexible for ceiling or side wall mounts.

Wir haben dieses Kamerasystem schon sehr lange und haben nach und nach un weitere Kameras ergänzt. Vorteil: Einfache Bedienung, lange Akkulaufzeit, kostenlose App, einfach Inbetriebnahme und Montage, Zuverlässigkeit. Mittlerweile haben auch Nachbarn und die Familie mit Eufy aufgerüstet und alle sind glücklich damit! Preis-/Leistung stimmt ebenso! Ich kann Eufy bedenkenlos empfehlen insofern man guten WLan hat! Tolles Produkt!

المنتج جداً ممتاز وانصح به لداخل المنزل التصوير واضح بالصوت والصورة . وبه تصوير ليلي . التصوير يغطي مساحة واسعة اذا اخترت زاوية جيدة بمكان الكاميرا . معه برنامج للجوال تقدر تشوف مباشر او تسجيل وتقدر تقدر تقرب الصور للمكان اللي تبغا. العيب الوحيد هو انك تحتاج ان تفك الكاميرا للشحن
