La empuñadura es sumamente cómoda y con excelente agarré por el material usado. El amolado del cuchillo deja algo que desear sin embargo es fácil de afilar, la aleación de acero usada es sumamente resistente a la corrosion y tiene buen tratamiento térmico sin embargo por el bajo contenido de carbón la retención del filo sufre menoscabo, aún así es muy fácil "revivir" el filo y por la geometría de la hoja es un excelente cuchillo para rebanar, muy útil en la cocina y en el campo como cuchillo de caza o de desollar. Lo recomiendo
