This stuff is a natural antibiotic, produced by a very reputable company that's been making it for over a couple of decades. Read their description regarding partial size, etc, it makes a lot of sense. I have a small dog that seems to be prone to ear infections. I've been using a natural formula in his ears for months and it just kept getting worse & worse. As a last resort before making a vet appointment, I thought I would give this a try.
