I’ve had less hair loss since using this filter.

I purchased this for my daughter due to the water in her new property being very hard and she said it was painful to have a shower. Well all I can say is what a difference this as made. I purchased it with the beaded shower head, only due to shower head being so badly limescaled. What a difference, she said the water quality now feels so much softer on her skin and her hair feels so much better. It was easy to install, perfect fit, functional, quality and design are great. Great bit of kit.

A bit bigger than expected but didn't pay attention to the dimensions of the item. Other than that really easy to install. Seems to work really well.

Just recently moved to London from a rural area which has clean soft water and have had excema on and off for years. Since moving to London my skin had got so bad because of its hard water issues. After purchasing this filter I have noticed the difference on my skin, the water feels so much cleaner and the excema is getting under control. I have never wrote a review for a product before but I thought that I’d share my experience for anyone dealing with the above issues. 10/10

I bought this filter to reduce the limescale build-up in my shower, since the product information states "...the StoneStream Hard Water Filter will soften all types of hard water". I didn't notice any difference in the limescale build-up from a visual inspection, so I bought a water hardness measuring kit and measured the water from an unfiltered shower head and the rain shower head on which I'd fitted the filter - they were identical at 250ppm of dissolved calcium carbonate. I then replaced the cartridge, as the previous one had been installed for 6 months, and retested to find the result was still 250ppm. I have to conclude that, despite the claims in the product description, THIS FILTER HAS NO EFFECT ON WATER HARDNESS. On the other hand, it is well constructed, easy to fit and looks fine. 1 star out of 5 because it has failed to work in the one sense that I wanted it to and is therefore a waste of money.

We live in a hard water area and this makes such a difference to my hair. Unfortunately it isn't always in stock but found a cheaper copy that works just as well.

Used abroad working 4 months later

So far so good. No more rust ring at the drain like before! We have bad rust issues (we have a well). This makes me feel so much cleaner after my shower. Thank you!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My hair n skin felt better. Less fogginess in bathroom after showering.

Seems to work well filtering my hard water. It’s a pretty big item and only works where there is room for it.

really made a difference. New home with hard water (never had that before) and we were noticing redness and dryskin after showere. After the first three dsys, we noticed a big difference.

Been using this a week it's already made a huge difference in my hair and skin the shower head actually regulates my water pressure with everything else we had too much and I had to use the off switch to get less water with this it feels like I'm taking a shower in the rain and I love I can turn the shower head hose thing completely off while I'm not using the water to save and nothing comes out
