Can this sprayer be used with acid based cleaners and solvent based sealing products

This sprayer uses Viton seals. Viton generally has a high temperature tolerance and chemical resistance rating. It is a synthetic rubber that resists many hydrocarbons, biodiesel, and petro chemicals, but is NOT compatible with ketones. Do not use Viton with acetone, esters, amines, organic acids, acetic acid, MEK, ethyl acetate, highly polar chemicals, etc. One time I got Acetone on my expensive as bleep Viton gloves and they pretty much turned to bubble gum on a hot dashboard.

Can you see through well enough to determine the fluid level?

Yes, the fluid level is easy to see. The markings on the side are difficult to see so I marked them with a black laundry pen. This is the best sprayer that I have owned.

Does it have a nozzle that sprays like a fan or spray can other words does it spray wide area?

Yes, the nozzle can be adjusted from a wide fan area to a small stream. Most of my uses require the medium spray. I do really like this sprayer and would highly recommend it.

I want to spray vinegar for weed control, does this sprayer work well for that? Others I have read stop working rather quickly.

I use it for weed control. I haven't had any problems with this item. I Purchased a couple of sprayers from the big box stores with no success. This is heavy duty well constructed unit I give it high rating.
