I love Melissa and Doug big piece puzzles. I purchase them for my brother, who has Brain Injury beginning stages of Dementia. The pieces are bright and detailed, big enough to see the shape. At first, he had no clue. I walked him through putting the outside frame together first. Then match color to color. With dementia I have learned, he is very active. Gets into everything. These puzzles are retraining his brain, he looks forward to opening the next puzzle. It still takes him hours to complete one, and he is so proud. Each one is very detailed. The first one someone shared was Butterflies. Huge and long took him 5 hours of nonstop work. He finished it. He now has completed the 🦕 and tonight he put together the rain forest. I keep ordering and will continue to share and spread the how beautiful these are. Great for young or old. When finished and awaiting the next puzzle he takes one out and makes a puts it back together.

I absolutely love puzzles! These puzzles are amazing for kids because they have such big pieces. They are bright and beautiful pictures! My kids do these puzzles all the time for fun Friday in school. Today we did a challenge on who could build the puzzle the quickest. If I could get a hundred of these 48 piece puzzles I would. Definitely a challenge for 6 and 7-year-olds, but I absolutely have multiple six, seven, and 8-year-olds that can build these no problem. Great thick cardboard pieces. Great price

I have bought several of these Doug and Melissa puzzles and they are the perfect size and difficulty level for my 3 year old grandson and yet interesting enough to motivate the 5 year old. The pieces are sufficiently durable and a good large size for little hands. I highly recommend any of them. This one has a particularly nice picture with lots of different animals to identify. I think it mixes up continents, but who cares.

Puzzle quality is good and big in size. My kid learnt solar system by playing this puzzle.
