I have been baking for a couple of months now and this cookie scoop has been fantastic. As someone who used restaurant grade, this feels the same as the Volrath version without the cost. It size is perfect for making cookies and small biscuits, and the release rate is excellent. These are designed perfectly for right handed folks. I'm left handed and I have to use my left index finger to activate the lever. Everything just pops right out when you run the scoop under warm water between scoops. The handle grip feels solid in my hand and the quality is excellent, definitely built to last. I paid around $10 for it and it is a great value for the money. Durable, easy to clean, and simple to use, this scoop works exactly as intended.

I didn't realize it was going to be that huge (it's like the size of my whole palm) and I couldn't be happier. The clicky thing (I can't remember the name for it, works really well, however the scraper could be better. I'm not sure if it's not installed tight enough or what, but it doesn't cover the entire scoop and leaves some food behind. Doesn't bother me much as that means I get to eat that much more cookie dough, but I imagine it would if I needed something more precise

I really love this portion scoop! I use this for baking large batches of cookies and have found it makes the perfect size. The quality feels really durable and it’s really easy to use. I love that. It’s so easy to clean or that I can just throw it in the dishwasher. There were a few different color options, but I ended up going with Gray for something neutral.

Gets the job done. No bells or whistles but hey, it's a portion scoop. I like it. Good price too.

Works perfectly for large ostmeal cookies or filling muffin tins. Will be buying a smaller one for Thumbprint cookies or meatballs.

Just what I wanted. Seems sturdy. Easy to handle. It doesn't hurt my arthritic fingers and wrists when I'm using it.

A baker friend recommend this style of scoop, and it is heavy duty. It lasts longer than the wilton's
