These scalpels and craft knives are excellent quality . the tapered collet that holds the blades in all three knives is rock solid . The collet is split just like a Dremmel . if you tighten the locking collar i FAIL to see how people say it is loose .The case is thick good quality plastic .,with a magnet on the inside of the lid.
