Very suitable as a first telescope
Can see jupiter and it's moons, saturn rings are barely distinguishable, barlow lens is useless, it's best to view the moon, I bought a T-mount lens adapter to use it with my Sony mirrorless camera and it was a very useful accessory, I could take nice pics of the moon. The equatorial mount is not bad, it is stable, but the slow motion screws weared out after several months and now they are still working but they skip some threads. The viewer scope is useless, it moves very easily no matter how strong you fix it, so it is never in line with the mirror. Didn't need collimation yet so I didn't experience how easy or hard is it, but not needing collimation after using and moving around for more than 1 year is a very good sign.

Good mostly for moon observation 250x are a bit theoretical, the image is not perfect
If you are thinking to see very well the planets, forget about it. You will barely be able to see saturn rings. Saturn will appear smaller than a lentil in your arm (1-1.5 m away approx), jupiter can be as big as a chickpea at the same distance. The finder scope (used to point the telescope) is just awfully designed (especially its support, if it was even ever designed!). It is not stable, impossible to get a practical use out of it. Overall, if you are looking for a top quality toy to watch the moon and a bit of planet, this is a good one. Don't expect a high stability, you get what you pay for, but it gets the job done.

Do not buy it
Do some research before buying any telescope, this is difficult to work with, because of Jones-bird design. save your money and buy a proper telescope, even if it is a bit expensive.
