I love that it goes up to 450lbs. Very sturdy and easy to use. Has an extra bolt to stabilize the stand. Overall good materials. The heating and massage pad are pretty weak but I use it anyways. You can adjust with or without heat, automatic protocol or manual if you want to only target the massage on certain body parts. Like only low back, only sacrum,only mid back or only cervical.

I am only but a hundred and 20 lb and my son that uses this as well is 250 lb. This inversion table has definitely exceeded my expectations, extremely sturdy this will definitely be around for years to come and can still pass it around to other family members later if needed. It is pretty heavy, take two people to lift and carry to move it. Although, I'm able to slide it around with no problem, should remember I'm only a hundred and twenty pounds oh, I wouldn't dare lift this thing by myself but I could slide it around easily if I needed to move it somewhere else in the house. I would definitely recommend this did anyone in need of back and neck relief I love the Heat and the massage it gives me while laying on the table that allows me to invert at any angle as needed. I had a paid someone to come and have Assembled. He did a truly awesome job he himself was pretty impressed at this item he had put together he said this was the third one he actually had put together but he found it to be one of the best ones and sturdy he was truly impressed himself he actually was thinking of getting one himself. The guy who I paid to come in a symbol was very pleasant truly awesome timely manner and very professional. I highly recommend if anyone needs their items assembled that it is definitely safe I've had a great experience with all of this thank you.

If you are like me then your back pain is miserable and you need something to work otherwise you'll go insane. I herniated 2 discs 18 years ago and every few years do something to really annoy the lower back and the sciatica pain comes back. This time it was moving house from one state to another, I really messed up this time. This inversion table helped me get my lower back better but don't think this will do it alone if you have severe sciatica, it will take a combinations of efforts. I took inflammation medication from the doctor, 1 to 1.5 hours a day of sciatica back stretching, core exercises and 15-20 mins per day of this inversion table. It took me 3 weeks of that regimen every single day, without fail. The inversion table is solidly built, easy to put together and it works! I could not give it 5 stars as the ankle/shin pad is extremely uncomfortable and I have to wrap my shins with a towel before clamping the bar to your shin area. If they can master a more comfortable leg brace then it would be perfect.

Very well built machine. Zero issues putting it together. Very easy to use. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Best $250 I ever spent. I bought this after twenty five years of back pain. Most recent issues are severe sciatica in one leg. This table really does provide the right traction to stretch your lower back and relieve pressure and reduce inflammation. I’m thrilled with the results.

This piece of equipment is very well built, it came packed very well and I had no problems at all putting it together. When it was time to attach the part you lay on I did need help holding it up until I could insert the attachment bolts that let it tilt. It really surprised me how sturdy it is with quality parts. The tilting bed construction is also superior to other inversion tables I've seen. It also does not take up a lot of room. As of yet I've not used the heating/ vibration part of it as it does the great job I was told it would do. It has helped significantly with my back and hip pain. I would recommend this to anyone for helping with back problems or just stretching out to unwind after a long day on your feet.

Lower back and shoulder pain. This inverter allows you to go from 20deg to 40deg to 60deg tilt (Which is deep) and then when you are thoroughly experienced, you can do a full 90 deg tilt - free stand - really good stretch. We use this several times a day for 1-2 min at a stretch. This really helps with back and shoulder pain. Very sturdy.. I am 6'1 240 lbs and feel very secure on this machine.

i used this the first time i and i noticed relief right away. i was able to get a POP out of my lower back that is difficult for me to achieve on my own. i also had a good 5 hours of solid sleep (might not sound like alot, but it is for me) with no back pain at all. the machine took about 50 minutes to assemble. probably would have taken less time if i had used my own tools instead of the wrenches the company provides. one word of advice. do not try to go the fully inverted position by yourself as it can be difficult to get back in the upright position. have a spotter at your side. i highly recommend this inversion table.
