No support for products
Locking bar for handle tilt broke and I have not been able to get K Tool to contact me back to get it replaced. Their website phone# is disconnected and emails are not getting returned. I have attempted 4 times to email them with no reply to my emails. I do not recommend buying K Tool products because they have no support after the sale.

Tilt mechanism binding/doesn’t work out of the box
Assembled jack out of package and the release mechanism for the jack was in such a bind that I broke the roll pin out of the handle trying to retract it. Prybars under it didn’t do anything either. Had to grind it down some and vice grip the f out of it to compress spring to install parts. After I modify and repair it I’m sure it will be a fine jack. Just wish it worked out of the box. Edit: after using it 3 times it wouldn’t release pressure. Disassembled unit AGAIN and found the set screw in the handle to be loose. You would think that a $400 jack would be decent but I guess I should have went to harbor freight for half the cost.

Made by China and last about a month Handle assembly falls apart had to weld together

Horrible do not buy absolute trash
Received jack and inside box was already assembled, topped off fluid and bleed system as needed. Jack doesn’t work out of the box , does not raise just leaks constant air out of air cylinder . DO NOT BUY

No customer Service !
Had issues with bad parts right out of box. Try customer service with zero response. Bad way to do business ! Will never purchase for K Tool International.

this jack worked good for a couple months then it just blew seals in it didnt even make it 8 months. i wouldnt recommended buying this jack

very cheap quality
Very cheap quality broke on first shot Retract nob spin freely ,end up stuck under semi since it wasn't retracting I won't buy again , hope seller helps out.
