Had issues with my sidewinder eighth going forward only in both forward and reverse positions on the transmitter had me freaked out since it was brand new hooked this up refreshed it and speed controller is now working perfectly you can also change a few different parameters I use on my laptop it’s pretty seamless I’d recommend going with the Bluetooth set up though for a little extra money so you don’t have to keep pulling everything back apart to get to the BEC plug
