For the price, this lighter is a piece of crap. We used it about 10 times over a 2 year period and the igniter stopped working. When I press the button (and I've really tried pushing the button) it rarely clicks and, when it does click, it's a weak snap, unlike the snap I used to get when the lighter was brand new. I bought this "better" lighter thinking it would last a lot longer than the cheaper 3 pack plastic lighters, but I was mistaken! Spent 30 minutes looking up possible repairs or fixes and everything pretty much says replace the lighter!!

I was running around the city looking for a barbeque lighter without remembering what it's called, so half the time no one understood me and no one had it in stock anyway. I needed it to light my candles. Mine got lost. So I took my search online, and in my online search for a barbeque lighter, I saw this little guy. I didn't hesitate to buy this. This thing is phenomenal, and I wish I had known about its existence much sooner. I hate using gas and fuels, I'm a huge fan of electric especially when it's clean green power. This is strong, it definitely lights a candle easily. In order to use it, you have to move the switch / turn the safety off, then hit the light button. It's rechargeable, and comes with a USB charging cable. This is great to have around the house. It would also make a great camping tool. My boyfriend is just as impressed with it, and is going to buy one. Don't hesitate to get one of these!

very handy, easy refill, easy light mechanism. sometimes (when upside down or at odd angles), the flame goes out. But manageable by flexing the arm around a bit. Has been very reliable. Flex piping is very useful.

I like this product, however they didn’t last a whole year. I refilled them several times, but now they still won’t lite. I placed a second order to give them another try. They are durable and easy to use.

Awesome and use them for work, flame is good, refilling is easy.

When I got this, I thought wow!! This is great. Since that time, I have a hole burned in my sweat pants. I released the button but the flame did not go out. Okay, mmm... so I need to watch out for that. This was after about 2 months. and now it will not hold the butane inside of it. Also the flame adjustment no longer works and it lights twice before the butane is all used and gone. As I stated earlier, I initially really liked it. It just didn't hold up to longer term use.
