Cahill, Max - Cold Case Murder Mystery Game - Can You Solve The Crime?

I've been doing these for date night with my husband and it is perfect. Not extremely difficult but difficult enough to be satisfactory.

If you are even considering this GET IT! We had so much fun playing this over Christmas. It is just challenging enough that it keeps your attention the whole time! Not too hard and if you get caught up there’s hints available. So much fun! I’ll be getting another one and hope they make many more!

I really like this game, it’s my second time ever playing unsolved file game and I thought it was solid, thought it was too much evidence and so much going on that I had a headache and by mere coincidence I got a breakthrough in the case because the first objective was hard to figure out, I went to the website and they give you three hints which help me finally make it to it and after that it was really simple, I love that it was fun and thrilling, I’ll be buying more of this.

This game was fire. I’ve played so many and this is definitely one of my favorites. All of UCF is always perfect. It’s never too easy to guess. It comes with so much stuff and options that it’s worth every penny that you’d spend. I personally have so many UCF games because of how fun it is. I can’t stress it enough, for the size of the packet they give, it’s worth it!

If u are a crime buff and love crime solving trust me this game is for you. They are soooooo addictive and leave u ordering more. Great family time game.

Harder than we anticipated but super fun and it gets even the most introverted person to participate

I loved solving this Unsolved Case File! This one had a bit more critical thinking skills needed than the previous ones, which is a plus in my book. We had loads of fun figuring out the answer to each objective. There are three objectives in total. I love how interactive the whole game is. There is lots of reading involved though but that is part of the fun. This was our third one that we did, since we are going in order of release date. I got the first two games in the series from Target and they were packaged differently than this one because they came in a product game box, while this one just came in the game’s case file envelope. Overall, we had an amazing gaming experience. And I honestly wish that they had these types of games when I was a kid. These games are great for groups or for solving solo. <3

Wir haben uns das Spiel für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub besorgt und waren einen ganzen Abend damit beschäftigt. Die Photoshop-Qualität der Bilder ist nicht überragend (hat bei uns aber für ein paar Lacher gesorgt), aber das schmälert den Spaß an der Cold-Case-Akte nicht. Die Mappe ist mit viel Material gefüllt, wodurch wir fünf Leute für ein paar Stunden beschäftigen konnten. Für uns war es als Alternative zu einem Exit-Spiel gedacht und das hat sich in jedem Fall gelohnt! So mussten wir uns nicht über ein kleines Blatt Papier kauern, sondern jeder hatte eigene Akten und Hinweise vor sich und man konnte zusammen an der Lösung arbeiten. Vollste Empfehlung für alle, die sich auch einen unterhaltsamen Krimi-Abend wünschen!

it needs a lot of reading, we used it in my 12 years daughter birthday, it was so much fun, also my friends used it with their friends in a camp and they has a lot of fun....

Did this as a networking activity with 9 graduate students. Used some hints and solved it in about 2 hours. Great fun.

Honestly loved this one. It’s such an underrated case and one of the most enjoyable case files I’ve done. The story pulls you in straight away and the gameplay is really engaging from start to finish. It definitely kept me busy, kept me guessing, and kept me thinking. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

The effort that has gone into each piece of evidence is great and there’s some clever red flags. Very much enjoyed solving it over a glass of wine! Good quality and the addition of a YouTube was a great touch.
