Laurel Acacia Wood Salad Bowl Set, 3 - Piece, Acacia Wood

I order this set as a salad bowl for Thanksgiving, and when I received it, I was very impressed. This is a beautiful, sturdy bowl! It's larger than I expected and held a 25 oz bagged salad with a full container of cherry tomatoes. The two servers are also well constructed and nice. I had recently looked at a handmade bowl that looked just like this one, and it was over $300! Overall, this is an excellent bargain for this lovely salad bowl set.

I get a ton of compliments every time I bring this out and use it. It's so pretty that I leave it out on the shelf as decor. It is made very well and I am able to use it for many more items than just salad.

Love the look and the size.

I read a couple of reviews that mentioned it leaked. I hoped I would get one of the non-defective ones but as soon as I took it out of the box you could see a very noticeable space at the seam. Not sure who in their right mind would think this is useful as an actual salad bowl when all the dressing will just leak out the side. I put it back in the box, taped it shut, and will be sending it back ASAP.
