I didnt really know what to expect when I ordered this ottoman sofabed. But from the first moment we opened it we loved it. Easy to set up with no assembly. Color is good, it is soft but sturdy. Grandson wanted a bed that he could use as a bed or recliner. This sofabed did both. We also added a memory foam topper for even extra comfort. My grandson loves it! It solved the problems we had with his other bed and looks great.

I bought a new house that has only 3 bedrooms but had my 2 sisters and a friend visiting. Put the friend in the office with this bed and it was perfect. She thought it was amazing and is going to buy one for one of her rooms at her villa in Arizona. She found it extremely comfortable. It is not a soft bed, but we like our beds a little firmer. I did add a slightly padded mattress pad for both comfort and maintenance of the bed. Would definitely purchase again.

I got lucky as the box arrived with multiple punctures/tears & I was worried the item had been damaged, but other than a loose washer and a detached zipper pull, it was undamaged, unlike the experience of what others had posted. There is very little packing material to cushion it during transport. In places, the fabric is right next to the cardboard box. The seller should consider alternative packing to cut down on transport damage. Other than that, it is perfect for my needs. It converts very easily and has a nice fabric. It seems comfortable but I haven't actually slept on it. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Ordered this to have extra bed for company. Looks exactly as described. The fabric is beautiful. It’s easy to set up for sleeping and a twin sheet fits. It is firm and company said they got a good nights sleep. Don’t hesitate to purchase, you will like it.

I bought two chairs to put in my office as a guest bed. I don’t care for the chair position, but the ottoman works with the two king pillow as it looks like a mini sofa. When pushed together as a bed, it’s about as wide as a king size bed. King sheets fit well. I would suggest a mattress topper. They are very firm. The topper helps. I slept on them two nights and was pretty comfortable. It’s a great alternative to a rollaway or a pull it sleeper sofa.

I purchase this item because I’m about to have a baby, so guest we be coming and staying over. So because during pregnancy I can’t play flat . Thought This would be amazing lay with my head up. Everyday after set up the legs at the head of the bed folds, causing you to fall out of it. Which isn’t good pregnant. If I had ever had guest over and they laid in this thing I would be sued. It looks good but not comfort as it’s not heavily padded. I reached out to return , they company wants to charge me $48 to ship back something that isnt work or staying / defective. Also image shows points to put remotes and other stuff in. Comes with no pockets. I’m very disappointed. I just want my money back. I shouldn’t have to pay to ship this back when it’s no bueno

Okay so the look and easy to assemble, easy to adjust is great. Why I returned it: It's HEAVY as can be for such a small and convenient item. And the main point I would like to impress upon you is that unless you have a really long leg from buttocks to knee joint, your legs will be sticking out straight when you sit and use it like a chair. You would have to scoot forward and sit in the middle of the cushion, never able to lean against the back. It's also VERY firm. You will NOT have a nice sleep on this piece. I added a foam pad and many blankets to it, and I was still extremely uncomfortable. DO NOT PURCHASE this item unless you are tall, and don't plan to sleep on it or even relax very much. Also, it's always best to measure your leg and compare the dimensions/length to any couch or chair you're considering.

I’m using it as an occasional spare bed. Have a twin in guest room but this opens up the room and makes a Great lounger when not needed as an extra bed
