One of the most important things to note regarding this foundation is that you must shake it up really really good. If the product comes out and it's runny then you need to shake some more. You have to do this every single time you use it. One more thing of importance is that it DOES have fragrance. The fragrance is not light but not excessive. It's a moderate level of fragrance. If you like the smell of the butter bronzers then you will like this. I bought the shade light and After wearing this for several days in a row I have decided that it is one of my favorites. The coverage is medium full to completely full... it is also long wearing but not completely transfer proof but it still does good even while wearing a mask. I have combination skin and it does great on my type. I've worn it with and without primers and they both look and wear equally good. The consistency is a bit thick but that's not a bad thing. It's not greasy and I've not had any breakouts. I've used my fingers and a beauty blender and a brush to apply this and they all work well but my favorite is using a brush. Make sure that you don't use too much product because if you do, it can become slightly cakey and it's easy to do with this foundation. Start out with a small amount. I did have a small amount of settling around my laugh lines but it wasn't a big deal at all because most foundations settle there on me. I haven't noticed any oxidation at all. It is not matte but not dewy either... It's kind of a satin finish that you can either set with powder or not. It has enough coverage that you absolutely do not need concealer. This shade light is almost too light for me. If it wasn't the winter time then I don't think I would be able to wear this shade... If I bronzer it's not noticable. I would like to see what the "light medium" shade looks like at some point. I wish they hadca better shade range so everyone could use it. Keep in mind that this light shade was almost too light for. Here are some examples of the other shades I wear in other brands just got reference. If you are a lightish medium you may need to get the light medium shade... especially in the summer. The greatest makeup, great coverage , but doesn’t look or feel heavy. A little goes a long way, just a dot on each cheek covers. Be sure to apply with sponge. I have troubled skin and redness at times, but you would not know either with this fantastic product. This particular bottle of Physician’s Choice is the best makeup and coverage ever! It leaves your skin looking moist and feeling great! If you have troubled, red patchy, older, younger skin, or even flawless, you will love it! I will never buy anything else. I have been using since it came out. I am saddened I cannot find this particular bottle in Walmart or drug stores anymore. Pray they never change or stop making this particular bottle/formula.

Kind of thick and chalky for normal use. I had to cover up skin healing from a procedure so for me the thick pasty consistency worked and is why I bought it. For my use, the naturalness of the product was the only coverage product that wasn’t burning. It was worth the money for Post procedural coverage. It is not sticky. It definitely served a great purpose in my case. I do not use it every day anymore because for regular use I did not like the consistency or color match. So for my personal use in this situation, I gave it five stars but for every day use, I reduced it since that is what most people would look for in a review. I do not love it for daily use due to thick consistency and poor skin color match ( on me).

If you possess combination skin, as I do, then this foundation will serve as your essential companion, complemented by the concealer. I initially purchased the concealer and fell in love with it, which led me to acquire the foundation. I appreciate that it is lightweight yet provides full coverage. It is not cakey; in fact, I receive daily compliments on the beauty of my skin, and I always inform them that I am actually wearing cover-up. Do not walk, but run to your nearest Amazon site and purchase promptly.

I love this foundation. I have a hard time finding any makeup, drug store or high end, that sticks around. I have been on the search for many years. This foundation is light weight and not cakey or thick. It has good coverage. You can't see the oil slick on my face throughout the day like other foundations. The best part is it that you can still tell I have makeup on at the end of the day. This is my third bottle.

Idk if I got a bad batch or what but it was thick flaky and gross feeling! Didn’t blend at all! The color was off. I returned it. Would never buy it again. And I absolutely love this brand so I was very disappointed.

Purchased this on sale and thought I would try it out it went on smooth and offered a medium coverage. It was a great value for the money and gave me a natural look.

I’ve not used this brand before and ordered a shade that usually works for me Light to Medium. Unfortunately the shade is very orange on me and much darker than anticipated. The formula itself is gentle on skin. I will order again, but will try the lighter shade.
