Great training leash. Strong material. Washable too. Nice

I absolutely love this leash! I work with dogs daily so I needed something strong enough to securely and safely handle powerful dogs, and sleek enough to use on toy sized dogs. This leash looks great, but also has lasted! And I’m definitely not gentle with it. It goes through the mud, through dog messes, through bushes and branches, and through the washer very regularly without fading or damage. I’ve had several dogs try to chew through it, and when interrupted immediately, none of them have even frayed it. And the stopper still holds just as well now as it did when I bought it. I simply can’t speak highly enough of this leash. It’s a great deal on a high quality product. I’ve since purchased a second one, but will definitely be buying more in the future.

I really love this slip lead and it's ALMOST perfect. When I first received it the stopper was nice and tight and the slip wouldn't move down my dog's neck at all. Over the course of a month with tightening and loosening it multiple times a day every day, it no longer stays in place quite as well. It's still usable, but not perfect. A simple plastic push-button stopper would be better than the leather snap thing that is on this and many other slip leads. I like that this is offered in a 1/4" option as I think that works much better for my dog and I than the bigger ones (he's a 70lb Golden retriever). These are cheap and work well as a training tool though, so if you don't plan to use it long-term then I would still recommend these. We have since switched from this to a flat collar and leash as our regular setup, however I did buy a new one of these slip leads as well just to have around. For the price, its still worth it.

I bought this for my mini schnoodle who is reactive and pulls excessively when seeing other dogs. This has been a game changer!!, it does not hurt him at all, and it gives just the right amount of correction in a gentle manner. He is now walking on a loose leash. We have tried every kind of leash before, and this is the first that works.

Great option if you don't have a collar or if you are training. Feels nice in hand, fits well on dog and small slide keeps loop from moving so it stays fit to dogs size. Not elastic, thickness is about the diameter of a large straw. Easy to put on arms take off. Fits great in car door pocket or glove box. Very happy with this purchase.

If your dog takes off and you are holding the length of this leash it will cause a rope burn to your hand. The leash itself is a circular, thick cord which makes it difficult to get a grip on it if needed. The tab that holds the loop to the desired size is difficult to grasp and adjust. The tab needs to be a little bit longer to make it easier to adjust. The tab fits tightly on the leash and is difficult to move. I do not like this leash.
