How long does the mint last in your mouth?

Great question! While we've never done any official time trials, it depends on several factors. If you place the mint directly into your mouth and between your plasatic aligners, it will last long enough to help you wear your aligners comfortably. Just be sure to bite gently - the mint is designed to be hard! Saliva will break the mint down faster (as you would expect with any edible product) so that's why we recommend doing the chewing exercises first, before you enjoy the cool mint flavor. We eat them around the office all day, and they definitely last for a couple minutes!

Hello, while every individual is different, we would not recommend consuming more than 60 Movemints per day. This is because Movemints contain .5g of Xylitol, and studies suggest that consuming 30 or more grams in a day is too much.
