Prestige Brand! Perfect size
It is hard anodized and should last a long time. People seem to think the middle support arm should be taller. But the slight tilt when placed on a taller gas burner is very small that does not affect its functionality. And a taller support will cause it to occupy too much space. Even if you just want to do an oil Tadka get this larger diameter size (instead of 100 mm, 4 inches) because it makes it safer to use on a gas burner. This one is 5 inches (130 mm) in diameter and bowl depth is plenty to do an onion Tadka.
