I’ve had great results with this biotin. After a few weeks of daily use, my nails became noticeably stronger with less peeling, and my hair had less breakage/shedding. Softgels are easy to take, and the added hyaluronic acid seemed to help with hydration. Solid product that actually works with consistent use.

This biotin was recommended by my doctor. It has a pleasant taste in the mouth & is easy to swsllow. I like the added B vitamin & i have not had any reaction to changing from my previous chewable biotin. And what a great price too!

Awesome! I use 2 pills a day for my horse who had slightly thin soles on his feet. His feet are back to being thick and tough and his hair growth is stunning. Product worked so well I have others buying it as well. We’ve used it for almost half a year.

I have been using Biotin for a while to mainly help with hair growth and retention as well as strengthen my nails. I must admit that I have only been taking these for about five (5) days so the verdict is still out. I gave them a five because I do like the fact that I have a year's worth of product and with most purchases, I had been paying about $8 to $9 a bottle for a 90 day supply. Therefore, $16 and change for a year's worth is exceptionally. The other thing that I do like is that they are easy to swallow and not very large. Key to seeing results is to be consistent in taking them, as well as drinking plenty of water (some people have breakouts and I believe that mainly, is that, they are not drinking enough water) and eating a healthy diet for the majority of your lifestyle (I try to say the cheat days for one to to days a week and mostly during the weekend). I will come back in about 90 days and give an update.

im a daily 10k biotin gal for a long time now and these do the trick. they are small and easy to swallow, tasteless and they travel well (they don’t get “melty’) for a soft gel pill. my hair sheds less when i take them regularly, and my nails are stronger. there is a noticeable difference if i skip them for a bit - nails first - get more brittle. thats how im reminded to reorder. do yourself a favor and subscribe and save.

Excellent product. I take daily for hair, skin and nails. Does not bother my stomach. I have noticed my hair and skin are better when i'm taking these supplements. Micro Ingredients is a great, quality brand.

I got this at the advice of my doctor when asking about hormonal hair shedding. The capsules are small and smell like a tropical vacation thanks to the coconut oil binder. I appreciate the additional hyaluronic acid and the megadose of biotin. Most of my pills and supplements get put in a weekly organizer but these I take out every day because it smells so good when you open the bag. Too soon to say whether the supplement is helping for my intended use but I enjoy taking it each day. I LOVE that there are 365 capsules per bag and wish that every other supplement would come in yearly packs. It’s such a hassle having to replace things at all different times. Hopefully someone will see this review and go with it. I’d pay a lot to be able to order a years’ worth of my regimen in one go. Really love this brand and looking forward to trying more from them.
