I always lookup research before buying, and even though research was biased (funded by company selling it), Cereboost 200mg did have advantages over the 100 and 400mg versions. That is what you see with Red Panax research too: more NOT equals better; there's a goldilocks spot. So, 200mg cereboost is 10% ginsenosides and this is 5% at 400mg, so they're roughly the same, although, the individual ginsenoside levels might be different. Cereboost is not sold anymore so I bought this and it for sure helps when it works (more on that later). I did testing on myself with multiplying two-digit numbers in my head, typing speed, etc. All were better and I was just more...zen...I think that's the best way to put it. It felt like a better, less emotional, more intellectual brain for about four to five hours after taking it. But ya, this is something you should cycle. It makes me grumpy and tired when I took it more than three days a week. You gotta feel it out, but this is a legit brain booster, at least for me, even better than coffee. I will be buying it again.
