I usually don’t have a problem swallowing tablets. But this one literally gets stuck in my throat EVERY TIME. At first i thought it was just me, then after several tries, i gave up. What a waste of money!

sometimes the powdery chewable supplements (even some made by Natrol brand) can be a mess. These are not. They keep their form in the bottle. They don't break in half when the wind blows and there isn't a bunch of loose powder dust floating around when you open the top. They aren't hard or anything...just hard enough to prevent them from completely falling apart when you touch them. Their easy to chew and they are quite tasty. I like the flavor a lot. Its not like sugary candy tasting, rather they have a nice pure authentic coconut taste. I highly recommend. The true value of these, for me, is in the fact that they are chewable. All throughout each day there are a number of medications that I have to take, and even more supplements that I choose to take. Swallowing big handfuls of giant horse pills gets old FAST. I already have two handfuls to get down as it is. I buy chewable and gummy vitamins/supplements whenever possible and when I pop that third handful in my mouth it is a sweet relief to know I get to take my time and chew those suckers up and swallow them on my own terms. I eat all the different chewables together, so it does create a mix of flavors, but I don't care nearly as much about that. I have a lot of experience with chewable and gummy supplements for adults and through trial and error I have learned that some are pretty gross, some get hard over time, some turn to dust on the third day, some are incredibly expensive and many require you to eat several in one sitting to get the actual "dose." Then there are the rare gems where the price is right, the dose is right, the taste is pleasant and they hold up in form until I've used the whole bottle. These coconut supplements are definitely on the list of those gems. If you're interested in swapping out some of your horse pills for chewables I would also recommend taking a look at the VitaFusion gummies. The "up&up" house brand at Target stores are very similar to the VitaFusion gummies but are less expensive. I use those sometimes and they are pretty decent. I would also suggest shopping around, looking for sales and comparing prices - because that can vary significantly at different times depending who is having a sale or offers coupons etc. When I see certain brands I like on sale I will buy 3 bottles of each at the sale price and its much more economical that way. The market for these (for adults) is growing as of late so there are always new products available in chewable form every time I shop for supplements. The availability of all sorts of supplement gummies is on the rise and the prices are going down, so, keep checking around to see what's being offered next.

I was always tired and had mouth sores that made it hard to eat, but after taking this I felt so much better. You can take it without water, and it even tastes good. I sometimes give it to my high school daughter when she’s tired, and she likes it too—she said her mouth sores healed quickly. It’s been out of stock lately, and I really hope it comes back soon.

As someone that loves coconut, I really like the taste of these. It has a sweet, but not too sweet, nice coconut flavor. If you do not like coconut, then you won't like the taste. Took off a star because you need to take 3 vitamins a day, instead of just 1. Even taking three per day, it's still the best value overall compared to more expensive brands. This is the only vegetarian, chewable b-complex vitamin that I could find that contained all of the b vitamins I was specifically looking for (b2, b3, and b12).
