Patent Oud Risha Picks (2 pcs.) by Mustafa Copcuoglu - Blue, Black, Off white, Orange Off white

Well, it is all about the tone you want, isn’t it. I paid $15 for two rishas. I don’t know if they are actually patented, or on what basis. I received two black ones. They are very flexible. I don’t know what material they are made of, but it isn’t standard pick material. They are 7.52 mm wide and 0.92 mm thick. One end is properly shaped, and they are well smoothed all over. They should last for years. I liked the tone. The attack isn’t very strong, but on the other hand, there isn’t very much pick noise. I usually make my own out of a sheet of Delrin (used on many of the best guitar picks). The sheet is 12”x12”. It is 0.77 mm thick. My picks are about 15 mm wide. I can cut about thirty out of that one $9 sheet of Delrin. (Of course, I don’t need thirty, as they also last for years.) My rishas aren’t as thick, but they are much more springy. They have a sharper attack and a lot more volume. They also have slightly more pick noise. This may help you decide whether or not these rishas are for you.

These are very similar to some horn rishas which I used to make. Tremolo is very smooth, the shape and flex are both perfect for me. This will be my main risha from now on.

Der Oud-Pick ermöglicht mir zum ersten Mal einen sauberen Tremolo. Davor hatte ich einen Pick von Pyramid womit überhaupt kein Tremolo möglich war. Das Spielen geht mit diesem Pick sehr viel besser und ich kann ihn nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe wie auf dem Foto welches ich bei Bestellung angeklickt habe 4 Stück erwartet. Habe nur 2 schwarze bekommen. Tıkladığım sipariş resminde 4 adet mızrab görülüyordu. Bana sadece 2 mızrab geldi.
